My name is Matt Tigreros, i’ve been Training for around 2 years now, doing both Group classes and Personal Training. I’m an ISSA Certified Personal trainer and specialize in Strength Training and Functional Fitness, i’m currently training on becoming more of a hybrid athlete incorporating both weights and cardio into my daily regimen.

I enjoy seeing people prosper both in and out of the gym because it makes their quality of life better themselves and the people around them, when you grow, your community should grow with you.

Growing up in Bradenton, I played Soccer for about 10 years. Coaching is important to me because fitness is something that can make you a stronger, more disciplined person. My goal is go make my prosper community strong both physically, mentally, and spiritually so that they are able to become better for themselves and their families.
